How It Works

  • Send us an email, let us know what kind of screen you have. e.g. P3.9 indoor LED.
  • We'll respond through either email or phone call between 5 minutes to 6 hours.
  • Send us photos/videos of the actual damages or issues with the video wall.
  • Depending on your location, we can either setup on-site repairs, or have the modules shipped to us.
  • Turnaround time for an average repair is about 30-60 modules per day per technician.
  • Once we document and fix the modules, they will be on their way back to you in no time.
